Repo2Agent Reviewer Guide

1. Load `extensions/repo2agent/dist` as an unpacked Chrome extension.
2. Open a public GitHub repository page.
3. Click the extension action, then click Capture Repo.
4. Verify README and visible file-tree context appears in the preview.
5. Download Markdown or JSON.

Host access is limited to GitHub and GitHub API metadata enrichment.
