SourcePack Hub Reviewer Guide

1. Load `extensions/sourcepack-hub/dist` as an unpacked Chrome extension.
2. Open a normal web page.
3. Click the extension action, then click Save Page.
4. Verify the new local pack appears in the library list.
5. Select one or more packs and export Markdown or JSON.

No default host permissions are requested. Current-page capture requires a user click.
