Video2Source Reviewer Guide

1. Load `extensions/video2source/dist` as an unpacked Chrome extension.
2. Open a YouTube video page.
3. Open the transcript panel if YouTube has not rendered transcript segments.
4. Click the extension action, then click Capture Video.
5. Verify the preview and download Markdown or SourcePack JSON.

Permissions are limited to active tab capture, local storage, context menu capture, downloads, and YouTube host access.
